Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Executive!
The Digital Marketing team at Worcester Bosch is at the forefront of driving the Company’s online presence and customer engagement. We are a dynamic and innovative team responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads and support our customers with engaging and informative content.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
You’ll play a key role in driving our paid media and lead generation strategy across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for optimising social media advertising, PPC, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns, ensuring we maximise our return on investment and reach the right audiences at the right time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Performance Max) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Managing budgets effectively, ensuring spend is aligned with business goals and campaign performance.
- Analysing data and reporting on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative and high-performing ad content.
- Supporting wider performance marketing initiatives, including SEO, CRO, and affiliate marketing where required.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve our approach.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in paid media management across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads (PPC, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with performance marketing channels beyond paid media, such as SEO, CRO, and affiliate marketing.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimising.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 –
16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
