Overview:
We're looking for a Creative Director to lead teams and inspire them to excel beyond the brief. The work will span from conceptual development through execution of engaging paid social media, OLV, banners, and display that have measurable impact.
- You'll oversee that your team can make creative choices, relate to messaging strategies, elevate the quality of the work, and meet client objectives while achieving the our financial objectives.
- You'll mentor direct reports and create a supportive culture.
- You'll be a go-to client-facing voice, nurture client relationships, present and sell creative concepts, and be a liaison between client and creative teams.
- You'll seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas.
- You'll demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.
Qualifications
- 9 years minimum experience ideating and executing performance creative concepts
- Strategic and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual)
- Experience ideating for clients in the financial industry
- Client service and presentation skills
- Experience utilizing a variety of technology platforms and media channels
- Experience managing multiple teams
