What you'll do
You'll support the leadership team and business by providing insightful analysis and recommendations which inform business decision making. You'll undertake financial and headcount reporting including monthly cost report checking, monthly forecasting, cost allocation, budget setting, cost control initiatives, business cases, provision of local analysis intelligence and commentary.
You’ll also:

Provide guidance and support areas across the organisation to plan and manage business support activities in relation to operational performance, efficiency, and cost to serve pertaining with support functions

Provide support to Sales Management agenda, help in developing sales effectiveness culture, client engagement, business productivity to support business strategic ambitions

Translate the strategic agenda and undertake the planning, coordination and resulting delivery in your business area
-
Engage and influence stakeholders to make sure that the best outcomes are delivered for the business
-
Deliver recommendations and decisions required to improve business performance
The skills you'll need
You'll need experience of working in a support role, and good experience in working effectively with a variety of stakeholders at different level.
You’ll also need:

Proven experience of MS Office applications

Maintain knowledge of business insights, market insights, benchmarking and support commercial performance of the business

Support Operational performance of the business and drive implementation process that are aligned to bank-wide policy and business framework

Good knowledge of the customer business, key services and how it interacts with the rest of the organisation

Experience in executing and managing key methodologies, tools and frameworks
