Role Overview
The Lead People’s Partner will take a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s people strategy and leading a team of People’s Partners. You will collaborate directly with senior leaders across the business, driving high-level HR strategies that align with both global and regional business objectives. This role requires a senior-level professional capable of navigating complex business challenges, driving cultural transformation, and implementing innovative people solutions that support organizational excellence and growth. As a Lead People’s Partner, you will influence and guide the direction of people initiatives that optimize team engagement, retention, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop a team of People’s Partners, setting strategic direction and delivering complex people strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Executive Partnership: Work closely with senior leadership to design and execute high-level people strategies that promote business growth, foster a positive organizational culture, and optimize workforce potential.
  • Talent Strategy & Leadership Development: Spearhead advanced talent management practices, including succession planning, leadership development, high-potential talent identification, and performance optimization.
  • Advanced Employee Relations & Engagement: Address complex employee relations issues, ensuring the effective resolution of conflicts while maintaining an inclusive and high-performance culture.
  • Change Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale organizational change initiatives, providing strategic guidance to navigate transitions, mergers, and restructures.
  • Data-Driven People Insights: Leverage sophisticated HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making, drive business outcomes, and continuously enhance the effectiveness of people strategies.
  • Workforce Optimization & Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to ensure workforce planning aligns with business needs, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future demands.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with all local labor laws and global HR best practices, mitigating risks and safeguarding the organization’s reputation.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role, ideally in fast-paced and growth-oriented environments like banking, fintech, or tech.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, overseeing key HR functions such as talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong background in driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance company culture.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations matters and supporting organizational change.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that drive business results and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Change Management: Experienced in leading organizational transformations and managing complex change processes, including mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
  • Leadership Development: Proven ability to create and execute leadership development programs that build leadership bench strength and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Deep knowledge of fostering an engaged workforce, implementing employee retention strategies, and contributing to a positive work culture.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders across various departments to align HR initiatives with business needs.
