Role Overview

As an Human Capital People's Partner, you will be a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, driving people-related strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s objectives. You will collaborate closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. The People's Partner plays a critical role in creating a dynamic and engaging work environment that supports the growth of our teams and the company’s ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HC Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all human resource-related issues.
  • Talent Management: Drive the implementation of talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to understand the workforce needs and develop strategies to meet these demands.
  • HC Analytics: Utilize HC data to provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

Who We’re Looking for:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1 year as an People's Partner (Business Partner).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for understanding and managing emotions, both personally and in teams
  • Adaptability to navigate changing work environments and challenges
  • Decision-making abilities for effective HR management
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills to foster a positive organizational culture
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Language: At least intermediate knowledge of English and basic knowledge of Russian.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the banking, fintech, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
