As the PR&R Chapter Partner, you will lead operations teams, reporting to the Head of Global Chapter Services within PSS. Collaborating closely with Compensation, Benefits & Mobility Area of Practice (AoP) Leads, you will co-create and implement the Chapter strategy. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality, seamless service and customer experience. You will oversee people leaders in PSS locations such as San Jose (Costa Rica), Budapest (Hungary), and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).

Implement and sponsor strategic projects and initiatives across the Chapter or P&C.

Act as the escalation point for AoP chapter services topics.

Foster an engaging culture to attract and retain top talent, coaching team members, and ensuring succession plans.
Customer Experience / Service Delivery
You will ensure the overall performance of and the creation of a great customer experience by your organization. This includes monitoring team performance, promoting continuous improvement, and driving technological advancements.

Analyze data, share insights, and recommend innovative solutions supporting culture and strategy.

Drive accountability for customer experience and ensure compliance of all P&C practices within legislative requirements and established standards and guidelines

Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships and communications to partner in a proactive and customer-centric way.

Further Requirements: We seek an individual with 8+ years of related experience in P&C functions in multinational companies and 5+ years in people leadership. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Experience in leading a geographically dispersed team is preferred.
