Role Description
The People Operations (PO) internship is a 10-week program that begins in late May and runs through early August 2025. The PO Intern will perform a wide array of operational activities in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. The Intern will work in a team-based setting to gain exposure to all facets of the People Operations function and full employee life-cycle. Exposure to various People Operations functions includes performance management, training and development, recruitment, coordination of Summer Analyst Programs and exit interviews. The Intern will interface with senior and junior-level employees on engagement projects and other ad hoc assignments.

In this role, you will:
- Prepare summer review cycle materials for roundtables
- Update welcome / onboarding guides and other materials coordination
- Assist with US Summer Intern team coordination
- Maintain Summer and Full-time Analyst Program training calendar
- Act as the SF training room liaison
- Maintain, track and analyze data
- Note taking on exit interviews
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Master students with a graduation date of December 2025 – May 2026
- All degrees considered, Human Resources or business-focus preferred
- GPA 3.30 or greater
- Strong interest in People Operations
- Microsoft Office tools, emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
- Tech-savvy
- High attention to detail
- Ability to operate with confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a drive for excellence
- Team player, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial

Salary
The annual salary for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $68,640. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
