Main Responsibilities
- Have full ownership of the creation of all employee documents from employment contract over amendments to exit confirmation;
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status;
- Enter and maintain data to all our People systems to ensure data integrity and consistency;
- Be a point of contact for our employees and consult them with all labor code questions (Lithuanian and abroad);
- Work closely with the Payroll team to ensure an accurate and timely payment of all employees;
- Work closely with Legal Team to prepare all necessary personnel documents;
- Cooperation with foreign payroll and legal partners and public institutions;
- Constantly look for ways of improvement and act on them.
Core Requirements
- Proven work experience as a People Operation, Generalist, or another relevant role;
- Hands-on experience with People Information Systems;
- Solid understanding of labor legislation;
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent communication in English;
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2320 - 3310 EUR/Month
