As the People Operations Senior Associate / Manager you will have ownership of the end-to-end employee experience here at Fox. This role will report to the Head of People and handle everything from strategic projects to day-to-day operations. We are a lean team and this role will have unique opportunities for growth across all aspects of People team responsibilities.
What you’ll do:
- Ownership of the People organization - designing policies and programs, owning the day to day, and everything in between
- Manage day-to-day People Operations including onboarding and offboarding, payroll, compliance, benefits administration, employee relations / conflict resolution, policy design and implementation
- Ongoing process improvement to scale the People team and overall organization’s impact
- Additional People-related responsibilities as necessary (e.g., recruiting, performance management, training, engagement surveys, and more!)
What you’ll need:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a People Operations role, ideally at an early stage startup where you wear many hats
- Experience running payroll, managing benefits and compliance, handling difficult conversations with employees
Nice to have:
- Experience building and/or managing People programs (e.g., performance management, training)
- Experience with ADP TotalSource, CultureAmp, Greenhouse; experience with PEO transitions (onto / off of)
- Experience with immigration support
