We’re currently seeking a People Operations Manager to join our DMM Human Resources team and help provide best-in-class programs and experiences to our employees and candidates! We are looking for someone detail oriented, well-versed and passionate about the employee experience, a great communicator and eager to contribute to a collaborative team. Your Impact

  • Help manage the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team, as well as manage the People Operations Coordinator
  • Help identify and develop innovative training and growth areas from a People Operations perspective
  • Helps lead the performance management review process
  • Lead benefits integration and analysis, as well as manage all aspects of benefits at the agency, including assisting with employee questions
  • Lead compensation analysis, updates and provide recommendations
  • Help the agency stay up to date on employment laws, workplace compliance and best practices
  • Help train and advise employees and leadership on performance & talent management, employee relations and training and other HR related items 
  • Create positive relationships with all employees and vendors to further develop effective working relationships
  • Take key business goals, values and priorities and apply them to core HR responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of our HRIS, leveraging People Operations Coordinator for admin support when needed, and work closely with payroll team to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in measuring, tracking, analyzing and reporting on our employment data across all HR functions
  • Identify and recommend areas for improvement, innovation and problem solving

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience/certification
  • California HR experience required, New York HR experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and use of empathy in day-to-day operations
  • Experience at designing and implementing HR strategy and processes
  • Previous HR experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in an agency
  • ADP Workforce Now Experience required
  • Experience managing a direct report
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required
  • Thorough understanding of human resource workplace compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including working directly with leadership and addressing sensitive and confidential matters
  • People oriented and results driven

  • M-F; 9-6pm PST
