To further strengthen our team and maintain our high standards, we are looking for a People Operations Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on both the organization and its people.



What You Will Do:

- You'll handle personnel records, keeping all employee files, contracts, and documentation up-to-date and compliant with legal and company policies.


- Policy development will be a key part of your role. You'll work on creating, updating, and enforcing policies that truly reflect our culture, support our business goals, and meet all regulatory requirements.


- As a People Operations Manager, you'll take charge of our HR processes. This includes everything from onboarding and retention to off-boarding and termination, plus managing employee benefits.


- You'll also be responsible for military records. This means organizing and maintaining records, submitting regular reports, and ensuring we're in line with state regulations.


- Compliance is another area you'll oversee. You'll establish safety protocols, conduct workplace inspections, and make sure we have all the necessary documentation in place to meet labor protection standards.


- When it comes to performance management, you'll contribute to and execute systems tailored for different teams, ensuring regular reviews and feedback are part of the routine.


- Learning and development will be a big focus for you. You'll standardize the L&D processes at Techery and control their execution; you will collaborate with team managers to build the right learning opportunities for the team, organize and own systematic training processes in the company.


- You'll also be responsible for ensuring our workspaces are fully functional. This means establishing standards for high office maintenance and keeping track of inventory. You will own and lead the implementation of standards by managing our administrative team in Kyiv and Dnipro.


- Finally, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and enhancing Techery’s corporate culture. This involves not just creating and implementing policies that align with our values and goals, but also actively driving initiatives that strengthen our culture. You will help to ensure that every employee understands and embodies the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Additionally, you will work closely with teams to maintain a positive work environment, support the integration of new hires into our cultural context, and launch programs that boost engagement and motivation. Your goal is to be a role model, helping to shape a culture that fosters both personal and professional growth for every employee.



What You Need to Land This Opportunity:

- Proven experience with employment laws of Ukraine, labor relations, and regulatory compliance.


- Extensive experience in People Operations, People Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar roles within fast-growing organizations, with a strong emphasis on building HR processes from the ground up, driving development initiatives, and managing employee relations.


- Demonstrated success in leading and executing HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, off-boarding, and termination.


- Experience in developing training and L&D programs, organizing assessments, and coordinating mentorship initiatives.


- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively articulate vision, influence teams, and foster a collaborative environment.


- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, evaluate alternatives, anticipate challenges, and make informed decisions.


- Ability to effectively assess tasks, identify key priorities, and allocate time and resources accordingly to ensure critical objectives are met efficiently and on time.


- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level) for regular communication within the team and across the company.
