About the role
Do you like working for people and having the People’s team administration top notch? The role of the People Operations Manager is to ensure a smooth and seamless employee experience throughout the life cycle of employment with Design Bridge and Partners and divide and conquer tasks within the People team. We will be a team of 3 people, supporting over 125 people in total from more than 20 countries.
In this wide-ranging role you will be involved in a number of key tasks including ensuring all people records, systems and administrative projects are organised and up to date. You will also manage the on-boarding and off-boarding of new employees and those exiting; support with recruitment tasks working with hiring managers, candidates and the talent team; support the People Director with the monthly payroll process; work on compliance procedures and benefits options as well as other ad-hoc tasks with the People director and People Culture Manager
About you
We need you to be a teamplayer with excellent people management and interpersonal skills. You’re well organised and you’re great at managing expectations, internally and externally. You enjoy having your administration up to date and analysing what the data tells us.
You enjoy being the spider in the web of the recruitment process.
You have a true eye for detail and you’re open minded, discreet and like to suggest better ways of working. We offer a creative studio full of lovely characters to work with and not one boring day is guaranteed! Ideally you will have some relevant HR / People Operations experience in an Brand/Design, Media, Advertising Agency or in a related Creative Industry environment, where it can be fast-paced and ever changing. You must be native or fluent in Dutch to work effectively in this role.
