What you’ll do

  • Runs projects end-to-end without daily oversight required; periodic oversight from manager still required. Designs and scopes projects independently with minimum revision from manager.
  • Skilled in triage; makes optimal tradeoffs between schedule, resources, and scope, applying technical and business knowledge to address major risks, challenges, and obstacles within projects.
  • Familiar with technical platforms and development practices needed to develop new products. Understands key automation technologies and can facilitate discussions in evaluating/selecting the right technologies for existing or new products.
  • Able to build out project infrastructure and custom methodology, testing, and approach, implementing scalable processes and controls.
  • Establishes/simplifies processes to ensure the project/product meets customer and stakeholder needs. (e.g., feature roadmap prioritization, product lifecycle)and audit mechanisms (e.g., metrics, reporting, evaluation standards). Mitigates risks to drive adoption.
  • Active voice and clear leader of project review meetings. Drives and influences project and product discussions(e.g. vision, goals, tenets, feature roadmap, narratives, MBR/QBR, status)with stakeholders and senior leaders. Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders with little to no guidance.
  • Invents and drives adoption of project methodologies, tools, and overall approach across the team. Impacts overall product strategy/direction for products.
  • Defines and translates complex or ambiguous business problem statements into business requirements for projects with business outcomes and deliverables.
  • Actively identifies and takes ownership on ways to drive continuous improvement within PMO
  • Contributes to MBR, roadmap prioritization, and team goals and strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR projects. 
  • Experience in leading projects and programs, working with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders, able to work in ambiguity, communication, organization, attention to detail, data analysis
