Lendlease People Connect team is looking for interns to join our big family. Here’s what you will learn and gain across this 3 to 6 months internship.

Exposure to Lendlease HR systems which includes but not limited to Workday, ServiceNow, DocuSign and many more.

Experiencing the amazing things people operations do on a daily basis to support our People & Culture functions.

Understanding of an end-to-end employee lifecycle management through the activities performed by the people operations team
Responsibilities:

Support the people operations team in letters generation and issuance.
-
Support the people operations team in workday employee data management which includes hiring, job changes, terminations and profile maintenance.

Supporting in the management of background checks with external system providers to completion and ad hoc troubleshooting where required

Identify system & process improvements
Requirements:

Having a positive, pro-active attitude and collaborative approach

Willing to learn mindset

Human Resource Management/any other related field's undergraduate in Malaysia

Are able to commit to 3 months and more.
