About the Role:
Are you starting your HR career and eager to learn? We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent early career, or career transition, opportunity to gain hands-on experience across HR operations while developing core skills in data, systems, HR practices and compliance, and general employee support. You’ll work closely with our HRBP and HR Ops teams in a supportive environment where asking questions is encouraged and learning opportunities are abundant. We do run fast though!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support basic employee inquiries through our ticketing system
- Help maintain HR data and assist with basic reporting
- Assist with performance review cycles and other people processes
- Help maintain HR documentation and employee knowledge bases
- Contribute to handbook updates and policy documentation
- Assist with employee transitions including onboarding and offboarding
- Learn our HRIS systems and help maintain data accuracy
- Support team projects and initiatives
- Handle sensitive employment matters with discretion
- Learn and grow through hands-on experience with employee relations
Qualifications:
- 0-1+ years of HR experience or relevant education or internships
- Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets skills with eagerness to learn more
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Genuine interest in HR and employee experience
- Comfort with technology and using digital tools
- Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn through doing
- Natural problem-solver who asks good questions
Nice to Have:
- Previous HR internships or related experience
- Experience with ticketing systems, of any kind
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Exposure to HRIS platforms
- Interest in HR analytics
- Pursuing a SHRM or other certification
- Exposure to agile methodologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55,000-$75,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
