We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our growing People team. This role will support our employees and the People team with onboarding, benefits, HR systems and more. This role will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of people initiatives and make an immediate impact as our company scales.
What you will be doing:
- Support HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Onboarding new employees using UKG (including I-9 verification) to ensure an outstanding new hire experience.
- Provide in-office support including supply management, mail collection, and visitor registration.
- Serve as the main contact for employees regarding immigration-related matters, including case processing for new visas and visa transfers.
- Respond to employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Ad Hoc People Ops projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience.
What you should bring:
- 4+ years of experience in a human resources or people role
- 4+ years of experience with benefits administration
- Experience with immigration processes
- Experience with HR systems (UKG, Checkr, Envoy)
- General knowledge of HR compliance
- Experience as an administrator in UKGPro (including BI reporting)
- Strong experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
