People Operations Coordinator 4–6-month mat leave contract 

We are looking for a dynamic and open-minded People Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks related to human resources management. As a member of the global People Operations team, you will work on North American cases in close collaboration with the rest of the team. Ideal location for the role would be located in Scottsdale, Arizona Office, with a hybrid remote work model. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain employee files and organizational charts up to date. 
  • Manage the department’s inbox. 
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new hires in collaboration with various departments. 
  • Maintain and update company policies. 
  • Prepare certain monthly reports. 
  • Ensure that employee files are kept in compliance with current laws and regulations as well as company standards. 
  • Organize orientation sessions for new employee and Guidance on their Day 1 Experience 
  • Update and manage access to internal systems (hibob, ADP). 
  • Support Hourly Team Members and People Leaders on the basic steps in the ADP Workforce Now System  
  • Participate in projects and support the team as needed. 
  • Assist with various office tasks and event organization. 
  • Provide administrative support to the team. 

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in an HR department. 
  • ADP Workforce Now Experience a Must 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all management levels. 
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
  • Analytical mindset. 
  • Ability to maintain discretion. 
  • Advanced skills in Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Work Language: 

  • The work is 100% in English
