Job Description:
We are looking for an additional People Experience Advisor to join the HR team during 2025.
Your responsibilities:
• First point of contact for workers and their managers for all HR (non-payroll) related questions;
• Recruiting and welcoming workers, technical staff and students;
• Provide support to managers in performance reviews, absenteeism, social legislation, HR policy questions, end of career interviews,...;
• Preparing and attending informal consultations with employee representatives;
• Reviewing policies & procedures to improve ways of working;
• Local rollout of a.o. the annual Mondelez engagement survey, the MDLZ Growing here/ training weeks, ...
• Administrative processing of employee data in our system Workday and ServiceNow;
Your Profile:
• You have preferably a minimal of 3-5 experience as HR advisor in a manufacturing /production environment;
• You have a bachelor's degree in HR or other relevant fields;
• You are customer and service oriented;
• Handy with HR systems, Workday is a plus;
• You are a team player and have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good analytical skills and proactively looking for improvement opportunities;
• Fluent Dutch & English spoken and written;
