The HR Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of operational activities in the HR area for production employees and their direct superiors. The Human Resources Coordinator is a key point of contact for employees and their managers. If necessary, the Coordinator supports the implementation of local projects and initiatives and helps in self-service of all employees in the factory.
As Human Resources Coordinator you are responsible for:

  • Coordinating HR processes for a specific group of employees and independently performing all related tasks, in accordance with legal regulations, collective agreements, company agreements and company policies and in accordance with functional and local objectives
  • Administering employee data in the Workday system in accordance with internal control requirements. Providing comprehensive support for HR requests in compliance with all internal control requirements
  • Creating and archiving documents
  • Recruitment of production employees, including posting job offers, application management, selection, coordination of recruitment, preliminary interviews with candidates and activities related to building the employer's brand
  • Partnership and coaching of team leaders
  • Forwarding business inquiries to the local Human Resources Manager and functional inquiries to the appropriate team within the People Services structure
  • An additional point of contact for production employees and their direct managers for HR-related queries, self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support
  • Ongoing coaching of managers of production employees in the new work model (using Workday and Employee Center) and, as part of the plant development plan, promoting and supporting managers and employees in a self-service culture
  • Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuously improving overall human resources operational services by demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service
  • Supporting the Il6S process in plants through active participation in the Org pillar
  • Participating in and managing projects (local/national/hub) in line with the strategy and goals of the PE team
  • Handling disciplinary and termination matters in cooperation with the local People Lead


Requirements:
• Experience working in the HR area
• Higher education (min. bachelor's degree) in Law, Human Resources Management or other related field, preferred training and certificates in the field of HR
• Practical knowledge of labor law
• Preferred experience in working in the human resources department of an international corporation, in an organization with a global reach and a matrix structure
• Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian and communicative knowledge of English allowing cooperation in an international environment
• Computer skills; knowledge of WorkDay and Service Now systems will be a great advantage;
• Desire to continually develop - openness to changes, flexibility, creative approach to challenges
