Job Description
As a member of our unit P&C function, you are expected to be a strong contributor to the P&C function by developing and make sure that we are compliant in the area of personal administration by providing P&C expert knowledge and advice for the legal unit.
- You will be responsible for the area of P&C personnel administration and payroll together with five P&C Specialists and P&C Team Operations Manager.
- You will work in close cooperation with different stakeholders/providers within payroll, benefits, work environment, mobility etc.
- You will support the process of digitalizing our processes and documents.
- You will be collecting data for payroll - allowance, sickness, etc.
- You will be preparing reports for internal and external (such as GUS etc) needs.
- You will be in close cooperation with accounting department.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have:
- Several years of experience in an HR role in the area of personnel administration and payroll including hiring foreigners, benefits management, GDPR, creating and implementing internal policies.
- Good knowledge of ZUS, PIT and labor law regulations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel – vlookup, pivot tables)
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work with various HR systems on a daily basis (knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is additional asset).
As a person you need to be passionate about people and to have a strong belief in individual’s potential. You are self-reliant and motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and have the ability to establish trustful relationships. Furthermore, you have good, documentation and communication skills. And last but not least are you passionate about our culture and values and the IKEA Brand.
