Job Description

Location:  Noida & Chennai

Experience: 6-8 years 

Certification: CSSA (v7.x/v8.x)

Responsibilities

  1. Drives design and development for complex requirements
  2. Collaborate with the business analyst to understand requirements.
  3. Conduct 1'st level code reviews and ensure adherence to PEGA best practices
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-production
  5. Technical support to junior developers
  6. Work closely with LSA to ensure best practices have been followed
  7. Contribute in PEGA upgrade programs
  8. Contribute in deployments

Technical Skills

Must be proficient in below topics

  1. Application Development (with case management)
  2. PEGA Rules and Rulesets
  3. Flow Design
  4. Connectors and Services
  5. Data Pages and Data Transformations
  6. Authentication and Authorization
  7. UI Design and Configuration
  8. Version Control and Rule Merging
  9. Performance Tuning
  10. Tracer and Log Analysis
  11. Automated Unit Testing
  12. Good hands-on in integration rules (SOAP, REST)

Must be good hands-on in below rule types

  1. Decision rules
  2. Declarative rules
  3. Data pages (including Savable d-pages)
  4. Validation rules
  5. Data transforms and activities
  6. Flows and Flow Actions
  7. Queue processors and job schedulers
  8. Layouts
  9. Report definitions
  10. Multivariate circumstancing
  11. Access groups and roles

Good to Have

  1. Knowledge of Scrum and Agile
  2. Knowledge of any PEGA framework

Domain Skill: Preferably Telecom

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications

B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA
