As an Equifax Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the Core Analytics & Systems function within Data and Analytics (D&A).
You will support analytical projects utilising CRA data, build validation and monitoring reports and will help with client queries. This role will support Equifax as it completes its migration to the cloud.
What You’ll Do

This position will involve performing analysis of multiple data sources to solve business problems. We are looking for someone who is able to communicate analytical results in order to generate improved business decisions and profitability.

The role involves using data mining tools and programming languages (Python, SQL and R) to prepare data for analysis and business decision making and also involves delivering analytical and commercial solutions for internal and external clients. We need someone who can combine business requirements, existing processes and data knowledge to create analytical solutions.

Identify opportunities to enhance the content and usability of existing reporting tools, and recommend suitable optimisations

Productionise existing analytical processes to support the Operations team in data quality monitoring.

Communicate effectively with Core Analytics team members and wider stakeholders to capture and action analytical requirements.

Proactively identify data quality issues and deficiencies, ensuring team documentation is maintained to reflect findings and subsequent actions.
What experience you need
-
2+ Years in a similar role
-
Experience in programming languages SQL and Python in a commercial space (Python and BigQuery/SQL are mandatory)

Proven experience in process optimization and productionisation of analytical solutions

Experience of using Data Visualization tools: Google Sheets, Python (Plotly, Dash), Looker
