The Position
The Opportunity
As a Change & Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing strategic change and communication initiatives across the global People & Culture (P&C) function.

Manage the development and execution of global change & communication strategies that support P&C initiatives and drive employee engagement.

Partner with global, regional, and local P&C teams to ensure clear and effective communication of organizational changes and priorities.

Execute communication projects across various channels, including executive and internal communications, public relations, and employee experience initiatives.

Act as a key advisor on change management processes, providing expertise and guidance to stakeholders.

Ensure alignment with P&C objectives by collaborating across teams to communicate P&C policies, services, and systems.

Support and drive the employee experience, focusing on driving action, minimizing disruption, and maximizing engagement during periods of change.
Who You Are
-
Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Change Management, HR, or a related business area.

Proven experience in change management and communications, preferably within a global or multi-regional context.

Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across different regions and business functions to drive P&C goals.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.

Experience with customer experience (CX) principles, ensuring communication strategies align with employee needs and behaviors.

Change Management Certification is a must (e.g., Prosci or equivalent).

Fluency in English; additional language skills (German, French, etc.) are a plus.
