Who We're Looking For:
EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Content & Quality Manager. In this critical role, you will own the comprehensive content management strategy for EmpiRx Health’s Proposal Team. This person will interface with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other key stakeholders to ensure that all content is clean and ‘proposal-ready’. The Proposal Content & Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding the RFP content library (Responsive) of pre-written content to improve proposal quality. The role is responsible for defining and optimizing the Responsive content library structure and for maintaining library accessibility, data quality, and data backup.

What You'll Do:
As a Proposal Content and Quality Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; they include:

• Collaborate with SMEs to create proposal-ready content.
• Ensure library content complies with legal and operational standards.
• Regularly review and update the knowledgebase for relevance and usability.
• Provide training for Responsive users and gather feedback.
• Work with departments (e.g., Marketing, Legal, IT) to improve and create content.
• Edit content for consistency, branding, and formatting.
• Leverage AI for content optimization.
• Review RFPs, RFIs, and proposals to ensure proper content usage.
• Establish and manage content processes, including updates and SME reviews.
• Incorporate new corporate branding into the RFP content library.
• Capture and refresh non-standard content for the library.
• Collaborate with vendors to enhance proposal automation tools.
• Train new users on proposal authoring and content management system and identify SME participants.
• Demonstrate strong project management, writing, editing, and problem-solving skills.
• Translate complex information into sales-focused messaging.
• Produce documents aligned with company standards and templates.

What You Need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience: 5+ years in PBM or healthcare proposals; APMP certification preferred
• Tools: Experience with Responsive or similar proposal automation platforms/tools
• Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, innovative, and resourceful
• Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams
• Attributes: Self-motivated, critical thinker, able to manage priorities and ambiguity
