The Payroll Analyst is a professional responsible for managing the payroll functions within an organization. Focus this payroll specialist will ensure accurate processing of payroll for employees.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process and review payroll information for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure accurate disbursement of employee salaries.
• Handle all aspects of payroll, including deductions, bonuses, overtime, and other special payments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Prepare and submit required payroll-related reports and filings.
• Maintain accurate records of employee payroll data.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports for management.
• Address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
• Work with other departments to ensure accurate employee information.
• Use payroll systems to process payroll.
• Recommend and implement improvements to payroll processes.
• Communicate payroll-related information to employees.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless processes.

You will have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience as a Payroll Analyst with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Proficiency in using payroll systems.
• Organizational skills.
• Experience with Mexico and Latin America payroll
• Managed a payroll of more than 300 employees.
• Experience in auditing
• Experience with payroll vendor
• Excel skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Good process/project management knowledge
• Holistically think about programs; anticipate impact of changes to end-users.
