The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact on payroll matters, ensuring seamless processing, review, and delivery of payroll services for both our local employees and remote workers across seven countries. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR Operations projects, enhancing the overall efficiency of our department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and executing payroll operations with precision and efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws, including the 30% ruling.
• Collaborating on HR projects, such as developing the "One Stop Shop" initiative.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist within a high-paced HR environment.
• Strong familiarity with systems like Workday and Cobra.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex administrative tasks.
