Payroll Analyst
Location: Pilar, Argentina (hybrid)
As a Payroll Analyst on the Global Payroll Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple countries. Your contributions will support the efficient and effective operation of the payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in payroll processes.
Your responsibilities:

Processing payroll for multiple countries in accordance with established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and internal checklists.

Validating payroll data exchanged with our Payroll Services Partner, ensuring all agreed controls and supporting documentation are accurate for approval.

Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

Reconciling payments made to third parties and maintaining proper documentation.

Managing employee payroll queries through the Case Management system, escalating issues as needed.

Addressing and resolving general ledger queries in collaboration with finance teams.

Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Adhering to company policies, standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Requirements for the role:

Strong understanding of payroll calculations and operations.

Hands-on experience managing payroll processes in US and countries across South America.

Experience working with HR and payroll platforms, ideally Workday and CloudPay.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to work effectively as part of a global team.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.

High level of autonomy and accountability in managing tasks and responsibilities.

Clear communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in professional business English, both written and verbal.
