Main Responsabilities

  • In this position, the employee is responsible for processing the payroll of wage employee.
  • Validate, input, and maintain payroll data to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of payroll services; prepare payroll for bank submission and entry into financial systems; prepare manual payments when required; prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
  • It's responsible for calculating and processing of employee termination.
  • It's responsible for payroll accounting of wage employee and other benefits, examples: Christmas bonus, vacation premiums, savings fund etc.
  • Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.


What Skills You Need

  • Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
  • Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills with guidance to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.
  • Works with guidance to manage a payroll system.
  • Knowledge In payroll processing and in calculating tax; Knowledge In the use of SAP system and the use of Kronos system
  • Great customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.


What Makes You Stand Out

  • 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Payroll
  • Fluent English


Education

  • Public accountant
  • Degree in Business administration
  • Bachelor in Finance
