As a Payroll Accounting Senior Analyst, you will be supporting the Financial Controllership team within Global Finance Organization.
 

As a Payroll Accounting Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Reporting to the payroll accounting lead who covers the scope for Americas.

• Preparing the analysis from our various ERPs to the compensation and benefits accounts including accounting policy implementations

• Engaging and dealing with payroll specialist and tax authorities for LATAM region.

• Managing accounting payroll and social security process helping in detection of flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes and suggests improvements.

• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the HCT payroll teams about data gathering and analysis.

• Contributing and helping in different projects for the region supporting for another regions in payroll accounting as well.

• Understanding of the payroll process at the accounting level and ability to implement improvements in the payroll process.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's Level in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

• Have at least 5 years of experience dealing with the general accounting and payroll calculation & analysis.

• Have a good knowledge and familiar with the local regulations and updates.

• Have a knowledge in SAP Pascal/Oscar.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Be able to speak and write in Spanish will be a plus to support the LATAM region.
