Join the team as a Payments Sales Manager to be part of our growing Payments business!
As a Vice President, Payments Sales Manager in Payments Brazil, you will be primarily responsible for growing and developing our Payments business with existing and prospective clients. You will be expected to build pipeline and achieve new business sales goals through effective account planning, strong relationships and implementation of sophisticated selling strategies. This role provides an opportunity to engage with clients at senior and strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client promotion framework.
Job responsibilities

  • Sell the entire Payments product suite/solution, including cash management, liquidity and foreign exchange solutions
  • Build trusted, long-term Payments Business relationships by taking a holistic and forward-looking view on our relationships, and identifying ways to help clients achieve their most important business/treasury objectives
  • Partner closely with global stakeholders and country coverage team to drive effort to expand existing business with current clients and develop new business
  • Proactively identify and align target prospective clients with a focus on delivering new Payments business revenue
  • Understand the unique challenges and requirements in the industry/client segment and partner with internal stakeholders in the development, implementation and delivery of complex products and solutions
  • Engage clients at senior and strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven framework
  • Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning
  • Collaborate with the banker in key account planning, including setting and implementing the account strategies


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in Treasury Services sales with proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win and close new businesses
  • Solid knowledge in cash & liquidity management products and understanding of compliance and Know Your Client (KYC) processes
  • Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English
  • Able to balance multiple priorities; has a strong attention to detail and exercises a control-oriented mindset
  • Strong process design skills and ability to independently translate an end-state vision for optimization and distribution into pragmatic execution / well-paced roadmap while thinking analytically
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; capable of concision and brevity
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills are required
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence without authority leadership approach
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and honesty and grounds decisions in the facts.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
