As a Payments Implementations Senior Associate - Workflow Coordinator within EMEA Onboarding organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the workflow processes. You will work closely with various teams/regions within Onboarding to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement assignment processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze workflow performance and make recommendations for improvements. Stay updated on the latest workflow management technologies and trends.
- Coordinate with different teams/Onboarding regions to ensure smooth workflow operations
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Track the progress of tasks and projects, providing updates to management as needed.
- Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the assignment process.
- Serve as a point of contact between teams/regions to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and present reports on workflow performance to management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation of workflow processes and procedures.
- Utilize workflow management software and tools to track and manage tasks.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of 3 years of implementation experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Project Management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring that workflows are streamlined and deadlines are met.
- Minimum of 2 years of Stakeholder Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.

- Ability to identify issues within assignment process and develop effective solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of workflow management.
- Ability to analyze data and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ability to work well with others, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments, and to implement new processes and technologies.
