Join our team as Payments Implementation Analyst in Commercial and Investment Banking!
As a Payments - Implementations Analyst within the EMEA Implementation Team, you will be the single point of contact for clients during implementation, coordinating with various business partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services. You will have the opportunity to build solid relationships with customers and internal partners, influence decisions related to developing solutions, and promote process improvements to enhance the client on-boarding process. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational and decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for the client during implementation and coordinates with appropriate business partners and team members to ensure delivery of products and services within agreed upon timeframes
  • Provide assistance to various internal partners to influence decisions related to developing solutions while ensuring audit and risks are mitigated
  • Build solid working relationships with customers and internal partners
  • Ensure Client Account opening requests/activities have been subject to appropriate business approval criteria, per JPM credit risk and document control/ risk management criteria.
  • Update projects ensuring accurate tracking through management reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Monitor cycle times for all product setups seeking to shorten each process.
  • Drive process improvements working closely with the team and functional partners to continually improve the client on-boarding process.
  • Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of cash management products, processes and technologies.
  • Possess defined levels of authority and decision making that affect the outcome and delivery of actual implementation deadlines and milestones.


Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Graduate of any Business course
  • Knowledge on documentations review (standard and non-standard)
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment including changes or adjustments to work schedule and overtime
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Aptitude to learn documentation and risk requirements
  • Ability to work on multiple applications while working under minimal supervision
  • Exhibit ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in various desktop and internet based applications. Proficient in MS Office Tools: Outlook, Excel and Word


Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Operations/Implementations experience preferred
  • Cash Management and Treasury Services experience/knowledge preferred
  • Client contact experience preferred
  • Project management experience would be beneficial
