As a Payments Business Manager - Vice President within the Finance and Business Management team, you will collaborate with business leads to analyze financial performance and provide insights on revenue and expense drivers for various products. Your expertise in Excel will be essential for interpreting financial data, while your PowerPoint skills will help you craft compelling narratives that link numbers to real-world activities. With strong quantitative abilities and a talent for storytelling with data, you will clearly communicate complex information to a diverse range of stakeholders across different levels and locations. Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as the key point of contact for front office and support functions to achieve business objectives
  • Drive data-driven analysis to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Create senior management presentations and financial performance reports to support business growth
  • Communicate business strategy, performance, and priorities on a global scale
  • Provide strategic analyses and reporting proactively and upon request to aid business progression
  • Organize complex information strategically and compellingly, utilizing strong design skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Develop wireframes and mock-ups iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Respond promptly to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Manage client pipeline and conduct trend analysis
  • Compile summaries of client engagement activities and strategic insights for senior executive review
  • Ensure compliance with line of business and corporate-wide objectives and policies


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in a strategic or similar senior role
  • Significant experience within Financial Services
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize requests and multitask
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills; team player
  • Ability to work well individually and partner effectively with others
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify, present, and implement solutions
  • Comfortable presenting to senior audiences with strong written and verbal communication skills
