Are you ready to make a significant impact in the Payments Business Management team? We are seeking a dynamic Associate to support our APAC Head of Client Onboarding and Services and Payments Deal Governance.
As a Payments Business Manager, Associate within our Business Management team in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in managing the Payments deal governance process and supporting strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the APAC Head of Client Onboarding and Services to align business priorities and drive success. Your expertise will help shape the future of our Payments business.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Primary Business Manager for APAC Head of Client Onboarding and Services (COS
  • Develop in-depth understanding of the business, products, systems and end to end flows to assist the Business in driving COS & Sales strategy and priorities.
  • Drive the COS planning, expense procedures and support Sales BM team for the same process in Sales teams.
  • Work with the Planning & Analysis (P&A) team to ensure accurate client analytics that meet the business needs.
  • Support the Sales deal governance process.
  • Partner closely with regional APAC Payments Business Management team to ensure that Sales, Product and COS priorities are aligned.
  • Partner closely with functional global BM colleagues to ensure global consistency across COS & Sales teams.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking industry in business management, strategy, or COO roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to engage with senior management and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive, diligent, and strong work ethic.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Payments or Banking products/business.
  • Experience with CRM databases such as Dealworks, SCOTS, Salesforce, or Client Manager.
