Description

Here, at Neo Group, we are looking for a Payment Support Specialist who will help our large support team to work with requests related to payment systems.

Responsibilities:

  • monitoring the operation of payment systems;
  • support for an information dashboard about payment methods for each geolocation (deposits, payments);
  • analysis of logs;
  • automation of processes;
  • enable/disable geo methods in case of problems.
Requirements
  • higher education is required (preferably financial/economic);
  • understanding of the work of payment systems;
  • communication skills;
  • English from A2 level.

Work conditions:

  • shift work schedule: from 8:00-16:00; 16:00-24:00; after the probation period, it may be 24:00-08:00 (shifts may fall on Saturday, Sunday, holidays);
  • 2 stages of the interview (online and in the office).
