As a Customer Projects Specialist, you will support delivery of products, which make secure the digital lives of millions of people all over the world. You will make sure customers' expectations are exceeded and you will assist Account Managers on issues related to fulfill customer needs.
Key responsibilities:
- You will take total ownership of customers' orders from the Purchase Order receipt to the delivery.
- You will coordinate the order processing with appropriate Sales, Technical Consultants, Sales Operations, Artwork Designers and Order Managers.
- You will be responsible for the internal coordination and follow-up of customer requests/claims.
- You will undertake effective root cause analysis whilst following best practice and quality management processes.
- You will be responsible for record management.
Our requirements:
- To understand others and perform your daily duties fluent English & French are necessary.
- It will be perfect if you already have 1-3 years of professional experience in international sales administration and/or logistics in an international company.
- As you will be dealing with a large number of data at work, accuracy and an eye for detail are essential.
- You will cooperate with various people, so you must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, a bit of expertise in negotiations and influencing others would also be helpful.
- You should have a degree – preferably in Economics, Logistics or related area.
- To succeed in this role you have to be organized, autonomous and proactive and know how to efficiently organize your work and prioritize tasks.
- You need to know the secrets of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under time pressure and to cope with stress effectively would be useful in that role.
- If you additionally have CRM experience, ERP knowledge or you are familiar with smartcards technology, it will be even better.
