Patient Solutions is an evolving and highly important area for the success of Pfizer Specialty Care. Due to the complexity of the patient journey in many specialty care therapeutic areas, up to 50% of specialty medications never get dispensed after an HCP writes the script. The role of the Patient Solutions and Engagement team is to simplify and elevate the patient and customer experience, to ensure an elegant journey and that appropriate patients get access to care that their HCP has recommended.
About The Role:
The Director of Patient Solutions Execution will facilitate patient access and support services through dynamic content development and strategic planning. This role will be responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of the Patient Solutions content strategy, and will create a process to build, measure and maintain meaningful, engaging and sustainable content, delivered at the right time for the right audience which will include US Specialty Care, Patient Solutions, ELT members and key internal and external stakeholders. This Director will own the continuous delivery of executive level performance readouts to drive confidence (ATCs and others), and will consult on, create and deliver meaningful content to Patient Solutions to drive clarity.
The Director of Patient Solutions Execution will be responsible for evolving our onboarding and continuous improvement training materials, working closely with the Operation Teams and Training Department to develop Fit for Purpose training resources so the teams can execute at the top of their licenses.
This role will report directly to the Patient Solutions Strategy and Enablement Lead and will collaborate closely with various Patient Services teams and other departments to pull through business-critical initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
Who You'll Work With:
- Specialty Care Patient Services Teams, Business Enablement Leads, Brand Marketers, Patient Solutions Leadership and other enabling functions.
- Channel Management, SAS CoE, Digital Partners, Program Hubs and SPP Leads, Legal and Compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Streamline Patient Services ATCs and Control Tower business processes even with the addition of multiple brands, new stakeholders and evolving procedures by quarterbacking the readout process.
- Partner closely with Operations Teams to strategically consult and execute creation of Patient Services ATC materials including formal readouts to members of the ELT.
- Create a content strategy that ensures Patient Solutions can communicate impact measurement to relevant stakeholders, and senior leaders as needed. This strategy should include goals, audiences, formats, tactics, schedules, and metrics for measuring impact.
- Partner with VP and Patient Solutions LT to build yearly operating plans - will serve as point for Operating Plan creation.
- Partner with operations to enable the design and build of Patient Solutions and Engagement training content (both e-learning modules, implementation guides, and other training materials); create engaging content increasing the likelihood of reinforced or changed behavior to meet patient needs.
- Develop and own a clear and measurable expert content strategy inclusive of training content, (to include digital assets) that enables Patient Solutions teams to operate at the top of their license.
- Create a centralized content repository for Patient Solutions.
- Ensure others can successfully navigate a repository of content assets as well as have easy to use templates when appropriate.
- Plan, design, create, edit, and publish content that aligns with business goals and internal stakeholder needs.
- Work with the Brand Team and internal business partners (compliantly) to align on a One Pfizer approach to pull through patient services goals and tactics.
- Provide ongoing insight into the latest research and emerging trends in modern learning delivery and content architecture.
- Own and enforce content creation standards, governance processes, and delivery method parameters.
- Own the feedback process, strategic and tactical adaptation of content and build process.

- You receive feedback (formal and informal) that your strategic content drives confidence with senior leaders and clarity for the broader Patient Solutions Organization.
- The Patient Services ATCs and Control Tower business processes have streamlined even with the addition of multiple brands, new stakeholders and evolving procedures.
- You deliver and execute a plan to continuously communicate the mission, vision, strategy, tactics and impact measurement of the Patient Solutions organization that meets the standards of the Patient Solutions & Engagement Lead (VP).
- You meet the training content needs of the broader Patient Solutions organization (both new hire and advanced capability training).
- You thrive in an agile environment, and adopt an iterative, flexible approach to strategic content creation where adaptability, collaboration and continuous feedback for the most optimal outcome is required.
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of proven experience consulting and delivering strategic content for Senior Executive Leaders (ELT).
- Strategic planning and measurement experience.
- Experience partnering with business partners on yearly Operating Plans (inception to execution).
- A strategic mindset and proven ability to influence internal and external business stakeholders.
- Understanding of next generation learning technologies, practices and learner experiences.
- Experienced with content design, and proficient with presentation and design tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.).
- Ability to establish excellent relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate ideas and information effectively, clearly, and concisely.
- Excellent communications and senior leader engagement experience.
- Self-directed leader with demonstrated high levels of independence and productivity.
- Motivated, goal-oriented team player/coach with a positive attitude.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169,700.00 to $282,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
