Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Parts Technical Support Specialist
Poznan, Poland
What You'll Do:
As a Parts Technical Support Specialist, you will provide front-line technical support/information/solutions to John Deere dealers and customers through a John Deere's case management system. The technical support will be for spare parts built in John Deere machines.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide support via multiple channels, mainly through a web-based system called CCMS (case and contact management system), but also by dealer phone calls coming into the tech support queue.
- Solving technical queries for the dealers regarding e.g. parts catalog, quality issues, stock check and other parts related queries.
- Distributes additional product/service information that is helpful to John Deere dealers and customers.
- Administration of communication to dealers within Europe.
- Participate in problem resolution processes to identify, escalate, and resolve issues.
- Be in daily contact with platform engineers and factories.
Our requirements:
- Experience in technical support and being enthusiastic about machines with engines e.g. cars, construction equipment or agricultural machines.
- University degree in Agricultural/Technical Sciences discipline or work experience with technical tasks.
- Ability to read the technical drawings.
- International work experienced with multicultural relationships, experienced with critical customer conversations.
- Very good team player.
- Good organizational, interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and a goal-oriented person in daily tasks.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
- Willing to work during harvesting season later the day/ at the weekends.
- Readiness to work from two locations in Poznań and occasionally in Tarnowo Podgórne.
- Fluency in English.
