About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to collaborate directly with our partners and clients, being responsible for enabling our LATAM Partner Ecosystem. You are crucial to the success of our existing partners and will be instrumental in onboarding new partners and generating engaging business, ultimately responsible for understanding and responding to our Partner's Pre/Post-sales needs, accelerating the time to sign and onboard new partners, and scaling the function long-term.
As a Partners Tech Sales Engineer at Teramind, you'll showcase top-tier technical expertise in sales presentations, product demos, and technical evaluations. You'll drive and qualify opportunities with our partners and influence product features based on market feedback.

Proficiency in English + Spanish is a MUST for this role, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity tech is highly valued.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software- cybersecurity and/or workforce management .
  • Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with Virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with Docker and PostgreSQL
  • Clear execution, display superior attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish. (Portuguese is a huge plus!)
  • Availability to travel 20% - mostly regional

Day-to-Day Duties 
(will include but may not be limited to)

  • Become an expert in Teramind’s products, develop a perfect understanding of Teramind’s product technology by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for partner-reported challenges, and building tools for faster diagnosis to identify and resolve future challenges
  • Work with the Teramind Team to provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations
  • Create and communicate system design and integration strategy. Validate and assist with the proper deployment of solutions in customers’ networks.
  • Design, manage, and deliver high-quality technical proof of values (POVs) for prospective customers, working cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Engineering, and Support
  • Proactively engage and communicate with customers and Teramind internal teams regarding product feedback, roadmap requests, and the competitive landscape
  • Maintain accurate notes/feedback/updates in CRM (HubSpot) regarding customer input, status updates, next steps, etc.
  • This role will require the unique ability to understand and articulate not only the technical advantages of Teramind but also the value proposition.
  • Participate in proposal reviews.
  • Coordinate with various internal functional teams to ensure all business unit goals are addressed in our proposals.
