Problems we would like you to help solve being a Coordinator:

  • How can we ensure timely delivery of projects, both internal and customer facing?
    • How can we best identify, analyze, define, and coordinate the needs of all stakeholders?
    • How do we clearly communicate with project stakeholders information regarding project status, issues, and questions in a timely fashion?
    • How do we best manage subcontractors and agencies?
    • How do we balance multiple projects, changing priorities, timelines, and deliverables?
  • What is the best way to ensure relevant stakeholders understand and are aligned with the current status of all projects?
    • How should we track project performance (Clickup, Asana, Trello, etc.) to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals?
    • What is the best way to communicate project changes to relevant stakeholders?
    • How do we ensure that we continually identify and learn from our mistakes?
  • How do we ensure that every external client is a “raving fan” of our company and our work?
    • How do we best track budgets and expenses?
  • How do we grow and expand the role of this position in the company?

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as an extremely strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Including Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive) 
  • Prior project management or related experience 
  • Sales Agency experience a plus 
  • Video game industry experience a plus
