About the role.
As the Partnership Operations Associate, you will provide a data-driven approach to produce a sustainable set of systems to support and scale the Retail team organization. As the Retail team’s operational expert, you’ll empower the team to reach channel goals using scalable systems, data, and drive performance efficiency. This is a great fit for someone who loves to analyze trends and influence business strategy; with an interest in developing program management skills. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Partnerships within the Partnerships team of Jabra Enhance, this role will support the Retail Team and work closely with internal cross functional stakeholders.
What you’ll do.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Retail partnerships; collaborate on strategies to optimize partner success and revenue generation including the support of meetings with partners and agencies
- Regular monitoring and communicating of channel performance in business dashboards and partner portals to understand channel performance and trends
- Conduct regular customer experience evaluations and provide recommendations; identify qualitative trends from end customer reviews and internal data (e.g. call logs)
- Develop a rich understanding of pricing and promotion impacts; conduct impact analysis of promotions on unit sales, return, customer reviews, and channel revenue
- Operationalize the go-to-market retail strategy by coordinating with internal marketing and creative stakeholders, as well as external agency partners; work with internal teams to organize and prioritize marketing tactics and customer-facing collateral
- Regular evaluation of the OTC hearing aid retail industry; tying key events and their impact to channel performance
- Drive and optimize an operations strategy to develop and implement effective workflows that enable partnership success and performance
- Support new product implementation such as tracking progress of regulatory requirements, owning SKU creation requirements, and collaborating with internal partners in product development and fulfillment
- Interact directly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations and issues related to product orders, product details and pricing, fulfillment and supply chain management
What you’ll bring.
- 3+ years of operational or analytic experience within a partnership or account management team, supporting relationships with vendors and/or clients
- 2+ years of experience working with B2B or B2B2C companies or divisions; retail experience preferred but not required
- Creative problem-solving; collaborate cross-functionally to innovate and refine processes in response to industry shifts, establishing scalable and adaptable frameworks and creating tailored deliverables and solutions for retail clients
- Strong analytical skills; the ability to synthesize quantitative information and data quickly, distill important takeaways, and tell a compelling story to different audiences through dashboards and reports
- Metrics-driven, can translate data into action to push a business forward
- Experience in project coordination and/or management; desire to contribute to an organized, scalable retail partnerships program
