Your role with us: 

As one of our Kick Partnership Account Manager's you will join a closely knit team who are tasked with growing the number of English-speaking streamers on Kick and engaging with the English-speaking audience. As an integral part of our growth, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new talent, building strong partner relationships, and helping them achieve their streaming goals. Working with our various in-house teams to develop and execute strategies that help us continue to innovate and expand our platform while shaping the future for Kick’s content.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, driving new business opportunities in areas like content promotions, new user acquisition, marketing initiatives, and partner payments.
  • Proactively seek and develop new partnership opportunities, focusing on deal negotiation and partner expansion.
  • Collaborate with partners post-deal to create strategic account plans that foster growth and align with mutual objectives.
  • Identify and surface sponsorship and revenue-generating opportunities
  • Track and report partner performance metrics, consistently identifying opportunities to optimize partnerships for increased sales.

What You Will Bring:

  • At least 1+ year of sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong project management skills, with prior experience in account management.
  • A passion for the streaming industry, with a deep understanding of its trends and potential.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 100+ team members.
