The Opportunity:
The Partnership Manager is responsible for building and managing our measurement and attribution partnerships. This role is critical to ensuring LG Ad Solutions’ measurement strategy aligns with industry advancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CTV or OEM measurement, attribution, and third-party validation methodologies, with direct experience at a measurement company.
The role will provide operational support for existing partnerships by managing day-to-day relationships, overseeing measurement and troubleshooting, and assisting with internal education to highlight the value of each partnership. The [Partnership Manager] will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including product, engineering, account management and business development to strategically position our measurement partners and our results.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing day-to-day communications with third party measurement partners and overseeing overall partnership health

Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of key measurement contracts at an enterprise level

Serve as an internal subject matter expert related to third party measurement partnership capabilities and internal/external workflows

Develop internal knowledge resources and training materials to socialize relevant information about available partnerships and foster growth

Collaborate with Partnerships and Business Development leads to vet new opportunities and identify areas of expansion within existing partnerships

Work cross-functionally with Operations and Technical teams to onboard new partnerships, spearheading the process from testing, launch, and reporting

Support development of new processes and best practices as they pertain to third party measurement partners

Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends in the data and identity space
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in measurement, data partnerships, or ad tech, with a strong focus on CTV/OEM measurement solutions.

Previous experience at a measurement company is required.

Deep understanding of CTV measurement methodologies, including ACR, panel-based, and identity-based measurement.

Experience with outcome-based measurement, attribution modeling, and lift studies in digital and CTV advertising.

Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex measurement concepts to both commercial audiences.

Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) to implement measurement solutions.

Self-starter with a data-driven mindset who thrives with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
