Team mission

We are searching for a Partner Success and Operations Lead to support the onboarding, activation, and growth of affiliate and brand-building partners globally. This includes measuring Strategic Partnership performance, both Sales and Account Management, setting strategies related to rapidly scaling and acquiring new high-impact partnerships, and managing a team that is responsible for Partner Success, Operations, Technical Account Management, and Analytics. This is a crucial position to deliver 20X growth over the next 12-24 months.

You will:

  • Lead and inspire a multi-level team in Partner Success, Sales Operations, and Technical Account Management and oversee Partner Success, Onboarding, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Partner Marketing, and Reporting functions.
  • Develop, manage, and report on operational metrics to ensure accountability in Sales and Account Management.
  • Act as a key member of the Strategic Partnerships Leadership team, supporting the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and collaborating with peers to achieve our B2B Partnerships goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams (Account Management, Partner Tech, FP&A, Legal, Marketing, Product) on cross-functional initiatives that align with company objectives.
  • Create a comprehensive Partner Success strategy to drive growth in new and existing partnerships.
  • Partner with leadership to assess regional team performance and achieve goals.
  • Develop vertical strategy playbooks and go-to-market strategies to expand into new markets and verticals.
  • Establish partner health and retention metrics and strategies to support renewals.
  • Analyze account performance and collaborate on business cases to identify opportunities with new and existing partners.
  • Design and implement Partner Marketing and Reporting programs.


Who you are

  • Located in Berlin or willing to relocate for the role. We operate in a hybrid work model and value in-person interaction in our office 3+ days per week.
  • 5+ years of experience managing high performing teams, ideally in fast paced work environments 
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects related to management, strategy, sales, partner success, and technology implementation.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, partnerships, commercial structures, and e-commerce.
  • Expertise or proficiency CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce), analytics and data tools (Looker), and working knowledge of project management tools (Jira) and contract management tools (Evisort)
  • Expertise in product and customer insights, industry trends, and competitive analysis to guide partners effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proven ability to attract and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making; customer-centric, results-oriented, and passionate about business growth and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Determined and committed to achieving company goals with a competitive mindset.
  • Team player with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
