The Opportunity:

As our Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving new logo acquisition and meeting bookings targets within your designated territory. This co-selling position involves collaborating closely with both sales teams and partners to ensure that opportunities are progressing efficiently through the sales pipeline and advancing toward successful closure. Your ability to foster strong partner relationships and align efforts across teams will be crucial to achieving business objectives and accelerating growth.

Your Mission:

  • Articulate and present commercetools’ value proposition, products, solutions, and use cases to diverse stakeholders, including business and technical personas, using compelling storytelling to drive engagement and understanding
  • Work with partners to identify new commerce initiatives and convert them into qualified pipelines
  • At least once per quarter, enable partners with all existing and new commercetools’ capabilities
  • Create and manage joint business plans with partners, establishing clear commitments and accountability around co-marketing, skills development, project delivery, and sales execution
  • Hold bi-weekly forecast calls and meetings with partners to review Create/Manage/Close of qualified pipeline and report to the commercetools territory Front Line Sales Managers with the same cadence

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years professional experience selling enterprise SaaS with SI/agency/ISV partners
  • Co-selling with Direct Sales teams
  • Creating and maintaining joint execution plans with partners that are used to progress qualified pipelines
  • Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills in English and your native language
  • Experience working in a SaaS organisation that has multiple stakeholders governed by a matrixed structure
  • Experience building new business plans, orchestrating multiple stakeholders including direct and channel marketing, product management, and account management teams
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

  • Additional native European language proficiency including German and French
