The Opportunity
ESW is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager who can effectively support our rapidly growing partnerships strategy. You'll be encouraged to drive awareness, generate opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth, in a model that markets "with, to, and through" ESW's growing partner network.
We are seeking a candidate who combines marketing expertise, effective relationship-building skills, and a proven grasp of how to demonstrate the power of partnerships for maximum impact. Above all, the successful candidate embraces the extensive cross-functional collaboration across internal and partner teams that this role requires.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement partner marketing strategies and joint go-to-market initiatives that align with overall business objectives, improve the brand's presence, and drive business growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner marketing-related activities, collaborating with marketing counterparts at partners to identify joint opportunities and align on shared goals.
- Identify ways to increase brand awareness and product knowledge existing and prospective partners within the global ecommerce ecosystem.
- Leverage market insights and partner feedback to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with ESW and the partner’s mutual audience.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement co-marketing campaigns, content, webinars, events, and other initiatives in collaboration with partners.
- Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to create compelling marketing assets that support partner initiatives.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with key strategic partners, including technology providers, distributors, and other strategic alliances.
- Work closely with sales, product, sales enablement, and marketing teams to align partner strategies with broader company goals.
- Analyse campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of expenses related to partner marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or strategic alliances for companies in the tech, ecommerce and/or retail space.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven success in developing and driving impactful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, tactics, and digital channels
- Analytics attitude with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Self-motivated, creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of established project management tools like Monday or Asana
- Experience using HubSpot or Salesforce
