Overall Purpose
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs in conjunction with Paze integration and distribution partners. Develop, execute, and track the success of B2B partner marketing campaigns and drive demand and awareness for Paze via the partner ecosystem. Interface professionally and effectively with partner marketing teams as well as Early Warning’s marketing, sales, legal and product teams.
Essential Functions:
- Day to day management and execution of partner marketing strategies to ramp Paze’s ecosystem of integration and distribution partners.
- Participates in the development and management of partner marketing toolkits and assets for partners to sell the value proposition of Paze to their merchants and customers.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and merchant marketing teams to align on messaging, positioning and value proposition, ensuring a consistent narrative across customer touch points.
- Provides marketing support for new partner onboarding, including working directly with partner teams to coordinate public relations, social media, and marketing plans.
- Creates assets for consumer marketing content toolkit (e.g. year one plan, templates, etc.) to ensure refreshed content to drive solution awareness.
- Evaluates effectiveness of partner marketing activities and recommends actions to improve performance.
- Facilitates partner marketing materials reviews with partners and Early Warning’s brand strategy team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Help manage Paze budget for the team including submitting invoices, SOWs, and administrative processing.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external partner constituencies including marketing teams, legal, finance, product, and sales.
- Assists in other marketing related activities as needed.
- Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in marketing
- Experience in client facing roles and comfortable working directly with partners.
- Experience working for either a start-up or a high-growth organization
- Experience creating and developing marketing programs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Drug screen and background.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience in financial services or fintech
- MA or MBA is a plus

The pay scale for this position in:
New York, NY in USD per year is: $140,000 - $160,000.
