About the Role

As Partner Content & Integration Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting the programming content ecosystem across ESPN BET/ESPN and theScore Bet/theScore. The content & integrations branch of the marketing team will focus on collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver a market-leading sportsbook that exists seamlessly across media platforms and drives organic user acquisition and retention.

You will be responsible for executing daily content integration plans, season planning with internal and external partners, and additional efforts with internal teams to drive the integration strategy forward.

About the Work

  • Execute on daily app real estate management strategy, working cross-functionally to dynamically display compelling content across the ESPN BET and theScore Bet platforms
  •  Collaborate with ESPN partners daily to build and execute a cohesive talent and IP utilization strategy, using elements of the ESPN brand to drive sportsbook objectives
  •  Execute talent and show market initiatives, working with Fan Engagement Team and CRM team for maximum patron engagement
  •  Maintain regular internal communications with relevant teams, specifically Trading, Product, and CRM/Marketing Ops, to ensure content integration and promotional efforts always maximize on internal capabilities
  •  Execute internal Fan Engagement Market (FEM) creative process in collaboration with Marketing Design team, ensuring that daily FEM materials are created and activated on-site promptly
  •  Maintain internal reports for use in analyzing performance of integration efforts
  •  Build and keep updated a sports calendar inclusive of all major sporting events and all sporting events airing across ESPN networks
  •  Ensure to stay informed of all ESPN content news, relevant sports news and gambling industry/company dynamics
  •  Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  •  Comply with all company policies and procedures
  •  Other duties as assigned

About You

  • 
Expert-level knowledge of traditional ‘Big Four’ sports, ESPN/theScore brands and current topical gambling industry factors
  • Dynamic communication abilities to balance external stakeholder goals with internal goals
  •  Strong attention to detail
  •  Strong sense of accountability and ownership of work
  •  Proven track record of influencing internal roadmaps and in driving improvements in the effectiveness of processes
