Key Responsibilities

  • Business Optimization: Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Client Meeting Support: Prepare materials, take notes, and track action items to ensure client needs are met.
  • Investment & Planning Research: Conduct industry research and analyze financial planning strategies.
  • Technology & Workflow Management: Utilize financial planning software to streamline operations.
  • Client Engagement & Onboarding: Support the onboarding process and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strategic Thought Partnership: Collaborate with the Financial Advisor on business growth, marketing, and operational improvements.


Who We’re Looking For
Our client is seeking someone who can seamlessly integrate into the firm’s workflow and act as a right-hand person to the Financial Advisor. 

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in financial services (minimum three years preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (CFP® certification or progress toward it is preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and problem-solve proactively.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools and CRM software (e.g., Advyzon, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, Income Lab, Schwab Advisor Center).


Work Environment & Compensation

  • Part-time position (with potential to transition into full-time).
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or in-person).
  • Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 (based on experience).
  • Employment Type: Open to W2 or 1099 structure.
  • Professional Development: Support for CFP® coursework and continuing education credits.
