Job Description:Provides general paralegal support in the areas of corporate governance, financing, M&A matters, contract administration, workers’ compensation, personal injury litigation and insurance & claims. This involves a wide variety of duties, including performing legal, factual and investigative research; reviewing, analyzing and summarizing documents; coordinating document collection, review, assembly and production in litigation matters; drafting contracts, leases, responses and other legal documents and instruments and as assigned, providing assistance to outside counsel for litigation and other matters; maintaining evidence and witness lists; preparing complex and routine reports, forms and correspondence, worksheets, document summaries, and other general paralegal tasks as directed by the Legal Department.

Education Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • Graduate of a paralegal program or equivalent through experience and/or training

Required Experience:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in an office setting, preferably healthcare, working with complex documents
